Threadwel Refund and Cancellation Policy

Subscription Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel your subscription, log in to your Threadwel account and follow the cancellation instructions. Once canceled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Return Policy

We understand that circumstances may change, and we want you to feel confident in your subscription purchase. Therefore, Threadwel offers a return window of 48 hours from the time of purchase. If you wish to return your subscription within this timeframe, please contact our customer support team at hello@threadwel.com

  • Processing Fee: A 10% processing fee will be applied to all returns to cover administrative costs.
  • Beyond 48 Hours: After the initial 48 hours, subscription plans are non-returnable. However, you retain the option to cancel your subscription in accordance with the terms outlined in the Cancellation clause (Point 1).

Refund Eligibility

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable 48 hours after purchase. However, Threadwel may, at its sole discretion, consider refund requests under the following circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues that significantly impede your ability to use Threadwel and these issues cannot be resolved within a reasonable time frame.
  • Marketing: Where you consent, we may provide you with news and newsletters, special offers, and promotions; to contact you about products or information we think may interest you; and for other marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes provided that you have not opted out of receiving such communications.
  • Service Outages: In the event of a prolonged service outage where you are unable to access Threadwel for an extended period.
  • Dissatisfaction: If you are dissatisfied with our services and can provide specific details on why our services did not meet your expectations.

Refund Decisions

Threadwel will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Our decision to grant a refund is final. If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method. You will receive a refund anytime between 10-15 working days.

hello@threadwel.com within seven (7) days of the issue occurrence. Clearly state the reasons for your refund request and provide any supporting documentation.

Cancellation and Termination by Threadwel

Threadwel reserves the right to cancel your subscription or terminate access to our services for violation of our Terms and Conditions. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.

Changes to Subscription Plans

Threadwel may, at its discretion, modify subscription plans and pricing. However, even if there’s a price increase, your original purchase price will remain applicable to you till the next renewal date. You have the option to cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.

Abuse

At our discretion, if we believe you are abusing our credit/refund policy, we reserve the right to ban your account and to restrict all future use of the Services. If we ban your account or disable your access to our Application due to your violation of these Terms you will not be eligible to receive any credit or refund.
